.. Living in remote areas when some one is handicapped can be a real pain around here. Still the community is developing its views and many areas still does not have any support groups or the basic facilities to support handicapped people. The problem is far more critical if the poverty sets in. I met this man who is handicapped for decades and earns his daily bread by selling lottery tickets. For him it’s a good enough line of work than many. But a very tiring one at the same time.
